- Beat 3/4 egg whites in a bowl. The quantity of eggs you will need depends on the length of your hair. Try with 2 eggs and if it is not enough, add some more.
- Beat 3/4 eggs, half a cup of yoghurt and few drops of olive oil.
The application process is the same for both recipes. Take either one of the two, apply the mixture to your scalp and cover it until the ends of your hair. I usually massage it in small circles using my finger tips since I find that this way, it goes well into the routes and spreads easier.
I know that some people don´t like the smell of eggs. Not to worry, for my sensitive nose friends, just add a couple of spoons of honey. This will help to reduce the smell substantially if not completely.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider Vinegar has numerous benefits and I will be writing a more comprehensive article soon in my blog giving my readers some more detailed information about this great product.
Since we are talking about shiny and healthy hair, try rinsing your hair with a cup of apple cider vinegar soon after washing your hair. Leave it for about 5 minutes and rinse it well again. You will be amazed at the results.
Another option to have shiny hair is to use lemon juice. Just dissolve the lemon juice in a cup of water and pour it over your hair, spreading it well with your finger tips.
Let it remain in your hair for about 15 minutes and rinse it well with cold water. This can be repeated once every two weeks. Just emember that it is only after regular use that you can see the real progress.

After having your shampoo, apply the conditioner and wrap your hair with a towel. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes and after this, rinse it with water.
